I'm aged physically, Dick, not mentally. I haven't uncovered any esoteric information about the future.

[His mouth is a thin line when Dick orders, and it only becomes more-so at that question.]

How do you imagine it is?

[Because he's starting to consider the benefits of the Ra's al-Ghul health plan over here, thanks. He takes a careful drink of tea to give himself time to consider it. Would he? No. He's seen too well the effects of the pit. And in any case, he considers it a moot point. Bruce has no expectation to live to this physical age.]

[And here he really thought that as you age, you automatically knew the future. Not really, but wouldn't it be nice if you could?]

I guess we're all just going to have to wait it out like normal people, then. [Dick sighs, though it's maybe a little more dramatic then a normal one. Not too dramatic. Just a tiny bit.]

Honestly? I imagine it's going to be awful. [He thinks for a moment.] You know that saying, old cheerleaders never die, they just dye their hair?

[No?] I'm pretty sure that, if they don't die, there's no way they'll ever be able to do all of the athletic things that they could when they were teenagers. Same goes for an acrobat, you know. At some point, you can't get back on the bars.

[And then all you have to look forward to is death.]
