Prussia had been keeping to himself more lately, but despite that, he couldn't not check out the domes on land and what they had to offer. Last time they had docked, lots of weird things had happened but this place reminds him a bit too much of certain overgrown eastern European countries during the old days.
His little bird flew off and toward the docks while he was deciding if he wanted to buy some food, so he followed after him, wondering what had gotten into the fluffy thing this time. He didn't expect to see a familiar white head sitting on the dock with a little kid in his lap. He doesn't talk--he can't, and nothing he's done has fixed that--but his footsteps should be loud enough to be heard. The little bird is heading right for the little girl's head and Prussia would like to grab him before he startles her.
