Situation: Pre- and post- Hulk out. Guess who's responsible for which.
Warnings/Rating: In Bucky's thread there may be mention of suicidal ideation and traumatic flashbacks.

Location: Keeliai and all outlying areas
Situation: Tu Vishan experiences a boost in health and thanks each citizen with a calming mood and tropical waters.

Everyone wakes on the 23rd with a feeling of peace upon their mind. It's hardly intrusive – reminiscent more of the comfort that comes when one curls up with a favourite blanket fresh out of the dryer. It seems that the actions of the Foreigners -- taken to aid during this time of crisis -- have had an effect and Tu Vishan is offering this in thanks... along with a surge of life and vitality to both the turtle and its citizens.
