[OPEN] And when she turned her eyes to me / As deep as any ocean / As sweet as any harmony
Characters: OPEN TO ANY AND ALL SCIENCE BROS
Date: Early-Mid May
Location: Wayne Enterprise & Stark Industries, Keelai editions
Situation: A call to arms of any individual, regardless of prior CR, who either works at one (or both) of the two aforementioned companies...or would like to get in on some of the sweet, sweet technological action.
Warnings/Rating:Talk Nerdy to me Baby I mean probably none to start.
After a recent (albeit slightly distorted) Network Post opening discussion, Aya continued with her research. Mike had offered her a great advantage by sending the virus data, which she immediately set to work analyzing. Carefully. Very carefully. She, herself, was--while alive--still a computer program. Susceptible to possible infection herself. The plausibility of this or another similar virus getting to her was not ignored, and thus, precautions were taken.
There were two locations she had full access to. Wayne Enterprise, and Stark Industries. Her time was equally divided between them: the former, mostly during the day, and the latter, at night. One of the multitude of advantages to not requiring food or sleep. She could continue her work indefinitely.
But she was not alone. There were others on the Turtle who carried similar knowledge. People who could help.
She welcomed the assistance without hesitation, regardless of which company they signed on for.
((ooc: Consider this a sort of OPEN LOG for anybody who would like to work with Aya & company on anything related to the current technology issues in Keelai. Prior discussions are welcome to be handwaved, including invitations to join in the research if you would like your character to be involved. Leave a top-level comment indicating whether they can be found at WAYNE or STARK. Or, heck, both!))

Can you show me how it works?

Shall I simply demonstrate the many capabilities of the Energy itself, or do you wish to witness a transmission?

[See. He can focus. He will just make a mental note to SEE ALL THE OTHER COOL STUFF LATER.]

[And here Aya will proceed to contact Korra, who somehow has become her go-to Lantern for casual conversation. With Kyle...less than available at the moment...and her relationship with the younger Hal strained and the older one slowly starting to mend itself...yes, Korra was the best choice.]
[Especially as there was no real purpose to the message, as Aya was quick to explain. It was simply a test in order to conduct a few scans on the signal so that they may be able to replicate it.]
[The call lasted for a few seconds at most before she ended the transmission.]

And it's... mentally operated? How does it interface?

Space Magic]Mentally and emotionally.
The frequency tunes itself to the biometric signature of the individual in possession of a ring of identical or similar energy signature, then opens a personal connection between any and all individuals subsequently added to the conversation though a transmission of Pure Energy. As a ring is only capable of being wielded by the individual it chooses, such a connection allows for a unique personalization.
Thus far, I have been able to mimic communications with Blue and Red Lantern rings as well, although they operate on entirely different emotional wavelengths.

How do you make more of them? Do they need to be custom-made for each person?
no subject
The rings were always able to automatically adjust to each new bearer, so manual tuning would not work in this case. However, it was not the precise method, but rather the theory that I think we should focus on.
In other words, if we could recreate an energy-based frequency with the level of personalized encryptions, it might work for our new communicator design.

I understand. But - can we? Is it possible to manufacture that?
