[EVENT] The time has come...

Situation: It's time for the Foreigners to make their choices - return to their home worlds, or enter the Dreaming while Tu Vishan makes an attempt to mend the Planes.

For most, December passed in a sort of unreal state, seeming to conversely both last forever and be over too quickly. While the weather reflected the chaos in the planar landscape, it also in many ways reflected the conflict in many people's hearts. Especially in the case of the Foreigners, as they were asked to make a choice that many of them felt unready to make.
And yet a choice had to be made, one way or another.
With the Planes in a brutal state of flux, the only way to keep both the Foreigners and the rest of Konryu safe is to detach them from the Life realm and either send them back to their worlds - and untested and daunting possibility - or mire them into the Dreaming for the expected year it will take to ascertain the full scope of the damages.
