1. Outside Milyn's clinic
- Every few days before noon, you may find Leo nearby the clinic-- sitting down on the steps, or, in the later days, talking with some of the nicer looking gang members that stand watch on the place. Every once in a while, he would even bring a few flowers to the place; he wanted it to stay nice and presentable. He hadn't known Milyn for long, but from what he gathered from talking around with the Kedan, she would have probably liked it.
On some of those days, he even took pictures of the place. It was too colorful not to do so.
2. A drink to...? | Some bar in Keeliai
- It was a hell of a long week. And hellish long weeks were best departed with a shot of any drinkable alcohol that the bar had. Since there was no way to send his sister money all the way from another planet, he actually could afford something that didn't resemble isopropyl alcohol. He asked the bartender for something that wasn't too strong-- all seeing eyes + hangover = bad.
Nevertheless, his social skills left a lot to be desired from since he didn't do much other than listen to those around him. Please hit him up.
3. Rebuilding in the Lorn Level
- The place that was hardest hit by the earthquake is also somewhere Leo frequents throughout the month. He may be seen a couple days a week for most of the day, helping out the kin'nal with rebuilding. He has no super strength or anything of the sort, but he's trying to do small things at least, like picking up necessary materials or simply talking to others.
4. Around Keeliai
- Days have passed since Leo viewed the Xunutane and his curiosity won't stop nagging him. Those markings that he had seen, connected to the rock...what were they exactly? Where did they go? While his boss was more than excited with his findings, he himself was left with more questions than he had arrived with.
And like the somewhat average reporter that he used to be, he's going to go investigating. At first, he wanders around, unsure of what or where he's supposed to look for, but later in the month, he can be seen more around the beaches that border Hatal. Always with his goggles on, trying to hide the brightness of his eyes as they are put to work.

While he works, he notices Leo and eventually makes his way over. He knows this dance well. The 'we are absolutely meeting for the first time even if I know you already' dance. He's become something of a master of it. Or at lest, he likes to think he has.
"It's really coming together, right? The rebuilding?"
no subject
"Yeah, I guess so..." He responds, unsure of whether or not to make some smart comment on the...strange attire. The voice sounds somewhat familiar, though, and he can't help but focus on that. "Do I...know you from somewhere? I mean, I'm pretty sure I'd remember someone if they wore spandex all over, but your voice sounds familiar..."
no subject
"Sorry, I've never seen you before," he's at least well used to lying by now, and he does it with a flippant tone, making it more natural. "But I've been told I have one of those voices. Name's Chat Noir."
no subject
"But nice to meet you, Chat. I'm Leo." Black cat? Really? "I don't need to find some sort of good luck charm, now do I?" He jokes in a deadpan voice. Though part of him was slightly worried for any sudden bad luck happening. Planes crashing, meteors falling into the city, getting shrapnel in his eyes; just a slight view into what Leo has been through when a certain walking curse had come into Jerusalem's Lot.
He does not want to go through that again.
no subject
"Don't worry about it, I don't use my bad luck on people unless they're villains," he grins, leaning a little closer as if you judge Leo's very SOUL. "You're not a villain, are you?"
no subject
In fact, this guy looks like he hopped out of one of those, too. "So...you're a...superhero?" He asks, feeling even dumber by asking the question-- like a ten year old, at least. "Like, with the secret identity and everything?" Might as well make this as unbelievable as possible.
no subject
"Good. Then you're in no danger from my bad luck at all."
Honestly, he's been asked stupider questions. So many stupider questions.
"I'm absolutely a superhero! One of the two in Paris," he grins. "I do have a secret identity. Not a soul can know, not even my partner."
no subject
And sound like, of course. That young teenage male voice is something hard to fake, which he knows by, well, experience. Nevertheless...it's still just so similar... Leo's sure that he's heard it before somewhere.
Oh. Of course. "You're Adrien, aren't you? The kid that helped me the day I got here."
no subject
"Please. I'm a lot of things, but I'm not some spoiled rich kid who can't even go to school without a bodyguard. Give me some credit," he offers a smirk. "Same world, though, so that's something. Good to hear that guy can actually do something besides sitting around and looking pretty."
There's one good thing when you've been raised in never thinking you're good enough for anyone and that's that self-depreciation comes horribly easily.
no subject
Really, Chat, he just doesn't believe you. "Well, if you're not him then you probably shouldn't talk about him like that." A beat. "Maybe he wears a white suit and calls himself Chat...uhh.." Come on, Leo remember your one semester of French! "Chat Blanc."
He scoffs quietly, stuffing his hands deep into his pant pockets. "Well, whether or not you're him... what are you doing here? Also helping?" That's what matters the most at the moment, after all: helping those who suffered the most in the landslide.
no subject
"...Yeah. No. It doesn't work like that," he gives a shrug. "I've saved him plenty of times. Trust me, he's not superhero material."
Technically, as far as certain people in Paris know, he absolutely has saved Adrien Agreste. It's all a cover story to explain his sudden absence, but still. It often puts people off the scent.
"I'm not, and yes, I'm here to help. I was here just after the earthquake hit. I managed to get some people out but it... it just wasn't enough. I want to at least help rebuild after everything these people have been though."
no subject
But it's fine, he'll just raise his shoulders in a nonchalant shrug because who really cares? Not Leo.
"We're on the same boat, then" Leo answered, glancing back at the group of Kin'nal that were working on moving material. "Hell, I feel bad that they've barely gotten help from anyone else in Hatal...you'd think they would want to help a bit more, huh?" His words are bitter, but they're true. The fact that barely anyone was paying attention to it anymore was very disheartening.
Disheartening, but expected. Sure, Leo had hoped that he would be proven wrong by them, but that just isn't the case.
no subject
"You'd have thought, yeah."
He sounds disheartened himself. It's not right, just because they are considered the lower classes, that they're not being helped. It's the duty of the wealthy to help those less fortunate than themselves. And in a time like this? That help is needed more than ever.
"It's not fair they've just been left to rot. Like they don't even matter."
no subject
..."But that's why I'm not gonna sit around and do nothing." Someone has to do the job, right? That's how it was before when he was in Libra, and that's how he wants to be now. Even if it's just a small one, he wants to shine at least some hope into the Kin'nal people.
It's the most he can do, with how powerless he is. "You understand that, right Chat?" A small smile grew on his lips once more, realizing that, maybe, Klaus' speeches were really rubbing off on him. "We can at least help out a little."
no subject
Not bad people. Just people.
He smiles at Leo, though. He already liked the guy on first meeting. He prides himself on being a good judge of people. Now, though? Now he's sure that goodwill was well founded. If there's one thing this or any other world needs, it's more people willing to step up and help others.
"You better believe it. Whatever we can do is something. It's better than standing back and not lending a paw to someone in need. I wouldn't want to be any other way."
no subject
"Did you....just make an animal pun?" Really. REALLY? Leo is just speechless by this. But can he really expect anything else from someone who was covered from head to toe in spandex? Someone who's probably young enough to be his little brother.
Man, that did bring a small smile to his face. "So, where are you helping out? Want me to join you?" He asks, somewhat glad that he had found someone else he could relate with...even if it is some 14 year old.
no subject
"I made a cat pun. It's my thing. You know...because cat."
He thinks he's so witty. Feel bad for Ladybug, she has to deal with this bullshit all the time. He nods, because he's never one to turn down help. Good work goes by easier and faster when more people pitch in.
"Sure am! I'm helping shift older rubble so they can put new stuff down. You could say I've got talents in demolition. But hey, I welcome any help!"
no subject
Very easily, actually. "I feel that I should have seen that coming a mile ago." He's judging you hard, Chat. Actually, not that much, considering the joking smile on his face, but hey. "If someone scratches behind your ear, will you start purring too?" God he hopes not, because then it really would be weird and unsettling.
"Well, I guess I could help clean up some stuff since, well, I'm basically skin and bone." Not so much now, considering his boss is on top of him 24/7, but he still has very little muscle...and a lack super strength.
no subject
"I've been known to purr, for the right person," is the smug response.
Ladybug. He would absolutely purr for Ladybug, any day of the week. Forever.
"There you! That helps, too. Anyone willing to put in some effort is really appreciated by these folks, I'm certain."
