Characters: Bearded Science Guy #1 (
traitre) and Bearded Science Guy #2 (
definingfuture)
Date: 24 September
Location: Tony's bullshit corner (a.k.a. one of his workplaces.)
Situation: Science time, come on grab your friends, we'll build big shiny things and come up with grand, sweeping plans for the world and everyone in it. Or however the song goes.
Warnings/Rating: Nothing!
I couldn't help but notice the
light show in the Metal Sector
last week.
I have something of my own I'd
like to show you, should you be
free right now.
The message was short, simple and straight to the point, arriven in the middle of the day just as the commotion began on the network proper. Magic? It was fun and all, but today (like always) was a day for science.
Or so Qilby assumed, anyway. From the few conversations he'd been able to snatch in the caves at Senphatos months prior, he felt he'd got some measure of the man and his talents; the experiment in the Metal Sector was only further proof he hardly needed. From that, he assumed that this was someone who truly knew the meaning of the word "progress." Someone with vision. His assumptions were almost always correct.
And so if his assumptions about what Mr. Stark was really capable of were also correct, well. This could be a very fruitful meeting, indeed.
