Soranik’s returning home was incredibly noticeable in the clinic, more so with Kyle than anyone else. Or at least, as far as Korra could tell. Deciding to pick up the slack, the Avatar began to volunteer more of her time to help out.

One of the things that immediately caught her eye was a blue shirt. A Starfleet uniform, not unlike the one she wore in Jim’s dream, and the person wearing it. Of the Enterprise’s crew, Korra had only met Captain Kirk and Ensign Chekov. She waited until he had to stop at his desk before she peeked over his shoulder.

"Starfleet, huh?" her tone was curious and she managed keep most of her excitement in check. Thanks to the way Jim fondly spoke of the organization, the ship, and the crew; Korra was very taken with the whole concept.
