Why Jim wanted her to wait outside of his suite, Korra had no idea. But she was there, giant polar bear dog next to her, wagging it’s tail because she’s about to see her spaghetti-frand again.

The Fire Sector always had her feel out of place. Like her first day in Republic City when she really did feel like a bumpkin from the South Pole. It was too rich, too upper class for her. Well, the kedan were anyway.

In fact, this had been the first time Korra ever saw the three story suite that Jim was living in. Their buildings were so much different from Metal, a lot like back home and yet it felt alien.

However, this was Jim’s suite, so that made it better than the rest.

When she hunched down to pet Naga’s muzzle, Korra noticed the car that wasn’t parked too far away from the suite. Unlike the other kedan cars that were older in style, much like the sato-mobiles back home, this one was-

sleek.

Ever since accompanying Asami in her race car, Korra had become interested in cars from an aesthetic standpoint. And that one really stood out amongst the others in the area, even the ones she had seen on sale for a ridiculously high amount of juulan.

How long she spent staring at it, she had no idea.
