Since Toph was staying at the clinic along with Aang to help him adjust to life on the turtle, Korra was able to see her on a daily basis. Volunteering at the clinic had become a lot less stressful than her first day and the Avatar found that having her friend there was even more of a boon.

Now that Toph was set up with her own room, Korra occasionally stopped by when she was on one of her breaks or when there wasn’t any work to be done. This was one of those times.

Holding two lunch bags made for the volunteers, which of course contained a well balanced lunch, Korra handed one over to Toph and sipped from her juice box.

"Getting used to the clinic life?" She asked casually as she set her bag onto the table and sat down on one of the chairs.
