Characters: Hancock and Stephanie Plum
Location: Water sector, eventually Stephanie's suite
Situation: Hancock is drunk during the storm.
Warnings/Rating: It's Hancock.
[It was his routine: drown his sorrows in some booze then sleep it off on a park bench somewhere. No one really bothered him about crimes in progress or otherwise. And Hancock would never admit this, but he sort of missed playing the hero. Ah well, those shitfaces in L.A. would just have to learn to get along without him.
Hancock had been out drinking when the storm began.
He hadn't really bothered learning where his suite was, so he had no idea if he was even in the proper sector, let alone the proper suite. He doesn't care enough to bother with a door either. He'll just smash through the nearest window and make himself comfortable to sleep off this inevitable hangover.]
