Victor hadn't been among those visiting Bresilyk, not going outside much at all in the cold weather. He wasn't going to miss this appointment though. Arriving bundled up, he's got the book secured under his coats. He made sure to bring along a couple things to work on while waiting for translations too.

He's unbuttoning one of his coats as he enters the room but stops when he doesn't seen Lieuen at first. He blinked when he finally spots the Kedan, not expecting the size change.
