"Whooa!" Startled, he took a step back, but soon enough his easy grin came right back as the flurry of flakes began to dust his Hero suit. "How cool!" It's a sight to behold as the snow forms from seemingly nowhere above him. And just like a child, he can't help but raise his gloved hands and touch it for himself.
