She considers waiting in front of the console, but she's never been the type to sit still. Not a minute after she reads Toph's last transmission, Lin is up and pacing around her apartment, expression unreadable. Soon that isn't enough to settle her, either, and before long she finds herself in the kitchen, boiling water for tea.

It's funny. She never drank tea much before arriving in Keeliai. Now it seems there isn't a day goes by she doesn't make at least one pot of it.

Then there's nothing else for her to do but wait and pace some more. Truth be told, she's still not entirely certain Toph will come.
