Date: October 7th and onward
Location: Mostly the Wood and Metal sectors, but certainly other places abound.
Situation: Sokka is getting the lay of the land, trying to meet his turtle co-parents, taking care of Katara and Wan, and generally freaking out about this place.
Warnings/Rating: Probably no worse than PG-13, but it can only get as bad as you make it.
Sokka's karma is notoriously bad; literally the worst possible moment was picked to bring him to Tu Vishan, the day before Malicant's message. What's more, he comes just after the aftermath of his sister being severely burnt and just after an attempt was made on Zuko's life... though it seems like Wan paid for the worst of that attempt.
As often as he can afford, Sokka is staying with Katara and Wan over in the Wood Sector for the time being, and he's been shouldering a lot of the protective duties there, and all of that vigilance is eventually going to run him down, especially since he might be tempted to either get a little less sleep than he ought to make sure that his friends are okay. At least there aren't nightmares, but he still finds himself a little paranoid that the kedan will come busting through their doors in the middle of the night next. In his spare hours, he'll be running errands, perhaps checking in on Zuko to see that he's doing... not terrible, though he's not expecting a lot at this point.
In his spare time, expect him to hunt people down and ask questions. Specifically, he's going to be trying to hunt down Amelia and Enjolras as he's figured out that he's been automatically bonded with Taraja, and he really could use a proper introduction to his new found... er, child as well as figuring out how to not be completely weirded out that he can telepathically talk to a turtle—not a lion turtle or a turtle duck, just a turtle.
Otherwise, expect Sokka to be dashing between the Metal and Wood Sectors for the near-foreseeable future.
