Infrequently spread about the countryside are small, single-family minesteads that branch off the road and take the form of small, single-building domes that cover their residences and mine access. While these minesteads also participate in the Harvest Haul, they are less likely to give travellers much access to them due to the heating costs being covered by their personal budgets -- and every time the dome is opened, much precious heat is lost. They are still a friendly lot, if apologetic about being less-than-perfect hosts.
