"No, I wasn't-" Hayley cuts off as he stands, moving to stand herself. It seems like a natural thing, wanting them to be on more even ground. She makes no movements towards him and tucks her hands behind her back to appear even less threatening. "I wasn't trying to scold you, okay? You asked why. You asked why, when others have the same powers or attitudes, why I attacked you."

"You can use my console, if you need to call someone for help getting back." She offers, knowing just how angry she is. She'll make absolutely no effort to stop him if he moves to leave, but she has nothing to say to his comment about the Kryptonite. Now, with the potential of Jor-El or even Clark himself coming after her, she has even less reason to give it up. Not that she expects it. But there are so many other reasons she hasn't been able to work out just yet.

For her own afterthought, she adds, "I won't tell anyone."
