The Emperor, before her untimely death, amassed presents for the Foreigners, and had them delivered to everyone's doorsteps! Perhaps there was a mix-up and someone got a gift labelled for someone else? Or maybe someone is going around mischievously swapping presents and/or trying to steal them? Or maybe characters are trying out their new charms?
