Notch spreads his mouth wide in a doggy grin when she smiles at him but remains at Hawke's side. Hawke merely smirks with amusement. It feels good having his dog back with him. Things just didn't quite feel right without the hound being around.

"Let me guess, nothing in there could be of any use to us now?" It's less of an actual question and more of a stated fact.
