Ben... spent most of his life running from himself, or so I thought. He was running from his past, yeah, but not because he was scared. He realized he couldn't be the man he thought he was, and so he went off wherever he could to find out. Of course, between his inability to pass a background check due to aliases and me, he never stayed anywhere for too long... but he got used to that. He just moved on to the next town to see what he could learn.
