'Free time' isn't exactly the sort of time she has right now, thanks to (not quite) running around to get everything organized for when things really hit the fan. If she's not doing paperwork (a task thankfully cut down on thanks to Terry's presence), she's usually training someone, doing a round of the present patients, working out organizational points between the clinic and hospital, trying to set down educational information for general health and for medical emergencies, and so on.

If you're a volunteer or staff, you can even sometimes catch her taking a short break in the staff room, usually with a cup of coffee in hand.
