"During clinicals, maybe. Getting into a nursing program and then staying in one is hard. The programs for pre-med and then medical school itself to become a doctor are even more competitive."

She taps her pencil thoughtfully for a moment. "That would probably compare to the levels you mentioned. Doctors have more years of training, especially if they go for a specialty instead of just general medicine."
