Hawke's not used to so many people having a sense of humor. It's a nice change of pace honestly. Though he must admit, a small part of him misses the days when he just drove people crazy. "Normally a friend of mine handles the stories, but since he's not here I may as well try to pick of the slack if you're really that bored."

Since Mike is helping him seemingly free of charge the least Hawke can do is answer his question. It's not like doing so could hurt anything anyway. What could he possibly do with that information? Try to take over Thedas? Who in their right mind would even want to take over Thedas?
