Costigan was pretty convinced that Bakura did care about his reputation. His concern was that the other man was more interested in meeting and exceeding expectations than in trying to change anyone's mind. To the latter, the undercover's expression tightened and he frowned. He didn't entirely understand. It was neither agreement or rejection.
