"Time to make this a little more interesting," he spoke, and for a moment his voice seemed to echo all around the pair. The air rapidly darkened and turned murky and seconds later, they were somewhere else entirely. Grotesque eyes and mouths opened all around them as if unworldy spectators had come to view this match.
"You wanted to see the khajbit," Bakura said. "You wanted to know how you'd do here, it was written on your face when you asked about it. It seems you'll get to test it sooner than you were anticipating."
He extended a hand to the space separating them and a new creature materialized there, this one a diseased looking wolf with patches of bone and rot covering its body, obviously dead and reanimated. It was a calculated summon, though it might not have seemed that way as the thief sent it snarling at Solomon without waiting to see his reaction.
