"One might think you're taunting me," Solomon observed. Certainly Bakura seemed to be waiting for something, though Solomon couldn't tell just what it was. "Or boring you." It was a little disappointing that Bakura didn't seem to be taking the battle seriously at all anymore--even taking into account the constant tax on their personal strengths.

Or possibly insulting might be the right word.

Solomon considered. Bakura didn't seem inclined to attack, which meant that he was relying on Solomon to do so. That meant either this monster had something special up his sleeve, or Bakura was waiting on someone else. Solomon could throw them into a waiting game--but Bakura was sure to have more stamina.

Attacking, galling as it might be, was probably the best play. Wordlessly Solomon nodded to the King, and it lunged at the monster on Bakura's side of the field. He just wasn't expecting, as the King attacked, for the magic he'd laid earlier to pulse and come alive, and drag one of the cowled skeletons back into existence, prepared to attack after its ruler had.
