Fire Sector
How could Wan not visit the Fire Sector? It was a sector dedicated to the beauty and life that Fire represented. The fire fountains especially fascinated him and he spent hours engrossed in running his hands through the 'flames', trying to 'catch' them and giggling in utter amusement that he couldn't. Other times he could be found annoying various shop owners with incessant questions about what something was or where it was from. He drew a bit of attention, negative attention from most residents and regular Kedan visitors to the sector on the basis of his shabby, clearly low-class and poor clothing. He drew more with his obvious tourist attitude.

Probably the most annoying thing he did as far as the upper-class residents were concerned was somehow manage to find a very public spot in the middle of prime scenic territory to sit down and attract the kinds of birds and rodents no one wanted to deal with. Along with the kinds they did, of course. But Wan was very non-judgemental about what animals decided to sit down and beg his meager lunches off of him. It just meant a lot of people were having to actually (GASP!) detour around his gathered party of furry and feathered friends.

He can be found most afternoons around the Fire Sector and easily run into on accident.

Heck, it probably wouldn't be long before a gang decided to try and enforce their claim of the sector on him via intimidation and a mugging attempt.

Earth Sector
Wan's exploration of the Earth Sector was much more focused than his visits to the Fire Sector. He spent a couple hours each day, in the early evening before the shops closed, going through every stone-ware shop that offered tea pots and cup sets. It wasn't that he was picky about his tea sets, it was that he used to have a teapot he had grown very fond of and replacing it felt like he was trying to replace a friend. Still, he did need a new teapot if he was going to have a proper cup of hot tea ever again. No offense to his roommates, but that metal kettle he'd found did not brew tea the same way as a good, stone or clay pot would.

Wan was a man on a mission. A tea mission. Tea was serious business.

Turtle's Head: Closed to Aang
[Following Korra's directions, Wan made his way along the edge of the shell to the Turtle's head for a few days in a row at different times. He didn't know when exactly Aang would be there and he couldn't track Aang by that mutual pull - only know he was out there somewhere. So all he had was guess work and a description. It took a few trips, and though he did not mind the sense of peace they brought, he was relieved when he finally spotted the boy.

He was young, as Korra had said, but the tattoos were familiar to Wan. Not exactly the same as the Air Nomads Wan knew, but close enough to be recognizable. And, of course, there was that same sense of looking at himself he'd had when he met Korra. Aang was him, in another life.

Wan approached quietly, but didn't try to hide himself. Aang would be able to feel him regardless. When he came up along side the boy, he sat down in a single fluid motion, legs crossing and hands falling into his lap. He offered a friendly smile and spoke softly.]

Hello. My name is Wan. I think we should talk.

Breaking Barriers: Closed to MU-HAO residents and any guests of Zatanna
[Every day for the past week, after Zatanna had left and been gone for at least an hour, Wan had attempted to get into her room. Sometimes he had to cut his attempt short because she came back too quickly. Sometimes he only got an arm in before he had to leave to get to the Police Academy on time for his scheduled training.

But today, he didn't have anywhere to be.

So he took his time with his attempt. He stilled his mind and focused on that part of him he could feel and recognize now as 'Korra'. Then he walked slowly into the doorway and the invisible barrier that tried so valiantly to keep him out. He steadied his breathing as it pushed back at him and shut his eyes. He concentrated on Korra. On that part of himself that was, or would become, her. He pictured himself as her and the barrier gave enough to get a foot inside. He pictured her eyes glowing with Raava's light and it wavered. He opened his eyes, Raava's light shining out from them and with a final, far more exhausting push than he cared to think of, finally stepped through.

He exited the Avatar state once he was inside. Calling on Raava like that for was not something she found particularly amusing (or at least wouldn't admit to: she found the challenge in the situation an interesting one). And though it took longer than he'd liked, he had been successful. The only thing to do now was wait for Zatanna to get home.

Which Wan did by sitting on the floor just past her door and meditating. He had time to waste. Now.]
