Frank didn't exactly follow him, but he did sort of gravitate towards the man once he'd realized he was drawing something. If it had only been drawings at random he wouldn't have paid it attention- he was really no artist, and the only artistic thing he'd ever done was calligraphy.

But there seemed to be a purpose behind what the man was doing. He wasn't just drawing the place, he was actually focused on specific things.
