It was exactly the reaction Skulduggery was expecting. Exactly the sort of honour-bound loyalty Wreath had in spades, and was able to ignore if the moral implications became too inconvenient. It was all Skulduggery could do not to laugh in return, and even then, he couldn't quite supress a chuckle.
