Luke blinks a few times before suddenly turning towards the presence he'd sensed the whole time, though it takes a moment for him to seem like he's really all there. The trance always takes a while to wake up from fully.

"Uh... no, actually I knew you were there I just--... I've been in meditation." Luke closes his eyes and lowers his chin to his chest for another moment, taking a deep breath in and out before looking up at Carlos again. This time he seems a bit more awake.

"I think I just saw it. The path of light."
