Even as he comes out of the trance with a sudden start it takes several moments for Luke's head to clear and he appears to sit in somewhat of a daze. He blinks a couple times and then finally realizes there's something moving near him. Or rather, practically on top of him.

Luke doesn't recognize the creature but it certainly doesn't look threatening, just curious. It's managed to jam a little hand into one of Luke's pants pockets and he squirms away. "He-ey! What do you think you're doing? Sorry, I don't have anything for you."

Instead he holds out a hand to it in case it wants to get a sniff of him. "Well you seem a little too friendly to be wild."
