"Mmmmyeeessssss," Sokka says, continuing with the voice along with the sarcasm. There's probably an undercurrent of appreciation for Mike, though any conscious awareness is buried under a mountain of annoyance. At least he can take and make jokes; that is one small plus over some.

"So... Mike," he says, "I don't know exactly how to say this, but... I'm guessing you're not exactly your ordinary pet... turtle, are you..." Just saying the word "turtle" without any other animal name with it rolls off of Sokka's tongue with awkward weirdness.
