Solomon's distraction is perfect and amazing and really cool and probably the only opportunity Akito's going to have to get Tony's Vilii shard to him. Hiding in the wake of the lion, he rushes forward to try shoving the shard into Tony's hand while leaving his own behind to shield Gene.
