Solomon only smiled extra-innocently up at her bemusement, but the moment he had permission he went about removing her boots. It would have been a business-like action, except he kneaded her calves as he did so; and even that might have been business-like--if more intimate than she might have been anticipating--except that the tips of his fingers lingered just a touch longer than necessary.

He set the boots aside and smiled up at her again, his eyes gleaming with laughter and that innocence still very much in attendance. "Shall I help you with your belt and tunic also?"
