He just shook his head, but yes he was totally joking. It was kind of nice and strange to be able to let his guard down. He still expected something terrible to happen, but he'd likely never shake that.

"That is a fair compromise I suppose." He muttered returning to his seat and lifted the abandoned fork stabbing a bit to take a bit. Once it was swallowed he nodded again.

"I said if you want them. I need something to fill my time. I am becoming idly and that is no good. And next time if you wish I could accompany you. I am finding a liking to the shops here. There is not much like this in the demon realm."
