Wan needed to get money together to buy back Zuko's crown from Milyn. They'd pawned it to get the last of the money necessary to buy Zuko a spot in the Shangpar Races but with him coming in tenth, they hadn't gotten any real rewards for the placement. And it would be nice to have some more spending money in general. Finding things that the people of both Keeliai and the domed city would consider useful was not something he expected to be easy. But it was worth spending a few hours looking around just to give it a shot.

Wan had been at it for about a hour when he came across Nelo Angelo standing there, catching a snowflake or two. He grinned and headed over to investigate, politely keeping himself just to the side as he glanced down at the man's hand to watch how the flakes came down, "Is the snow doing something interesting today?"
