Tony nods, but he doesn't think he's going to take her up on that. Not right now, at least. He's talked through it with Gene and a few other people, and he thinks they're okay. Just... still stabilizing.

He follows behind and listens dutifully as Raine gives him the tour. The building is mostly in working order, but definitely showing signs of having gone to seed over the year it was abandoned. He has a decent amount of work ahead of him.
