"Before, the Palace handled those things," Jack said thoughtfully. "Emperor Eshai actually got me the permit to have this place in the Central Sector, it was restricted building area because of it's location."

He points to the far wall, where two modest plaques are on the wall. The first one dedicates the Center's founding to Pepper Potts, and the second is in memoriam to the Ironwood Emperor Eshai.

"If anyone's in charge of the zoning now, it's probably one of the Families," he finished, before he chuckled.

"Oh, you met Skulduggery too? Yeah, he's interesting."
