That tablet would have been useful to demand of Krei, but- Callaghan's not so blind as think that he can get it at this point, not with Anton right in front of them. It's an ache, though, to see the tablet a prime example of what he doesn't have here. He has a workshop, a primitive worktable, he has the microbots hidden away...

But things he'd once taken for granted, he's reminded of all in a flash, and he tightens his jaw for it. Had Krei hidden it? Had he just not thought of...?
