Let's talk about the weather | May Catch-All
Characters: Dove and literally anyone ever
Date: May!
Location: Mostly Sky-Sector, but potentially everywhere
Situation: Dove does things and meets people
Warnings/Rating:N/A
The rain had been successful enough to keep her from flying, but the wind... The sunshine had given her far too much hope when it had chased away the rain. Oh well. It wasn't worth beating her wings over, most days.
A lot had happened since her arrival, some events good, some jarring. Her gem, though it had been stolen, had been returned to her shortly after, and investigating wasn't beyond her. Clearly, she hadn't been the only victim, and the thought of something stirring below the surface was... absolutely unsettling at best. She'd be keeping her ears and eyes open for information.
Nothing, however, could keep her from exploring still, and she could probably be easily found in the marketplaces or looking around for a new home in the Sky Sector.
A) CLOSED to Valdis
Despite having an entirely new location to explore, and the excitement of a new home and new friends, she still hadn't been able to shake it. It. The feeling that there was something dark nearby, something too familiar for comfort.
And yet, it was strange.
The darkness was the same-- there was no doubt about that. But there was something else, the thing that eluded and confused her. Something that needed investigating, regardless of the nearly crippling memories that the feeling brought forth.
With a determination she had painstakingly built over the few weeks since she had encountered it, Dove resolved to find the source, and set about the city late in the afternoon, headed toward the fire sector where she had first felt the presence, her wings wide as she glided over the rooftops. The drizzling wasn't terrible for now, at least, and she could cover much more ground this way.
When the eeriness finally did take hold of her again, she circled, not at all caring if she was sensed. She was sure the demon--or whatever that woman had been-- would be able to feel her Light; it was what she wanted.
As she circled, she reached down to check the knife at her thigh. She really didn't want to resort to violence, but the touch of her fingers to its hilt reassured her nonetheless.
B) OPEN/Jackie
The marketplace was a good place to meet new people, and Dove couldn't resist thesparkly things pull of the wares being sold. It would be easy to spot her pouring interest over shops or relaxing nearby. Her wings, of course, would be hidden for now, if only to save space.
C) OPEN/Raine Healer's Guild
It was in her blood to heal and help, and after she had been directed to look for a Raine Sage, she had relaxed. At least she had a direction toward a purpose here now.
Information gathered, Dove made her way to the healer's guild, likely looking a little lost upon entering. With a confident smile to anyone who might pass by, though, she wasn't afraid to ask for direction. "Who should I talk to about helping out?"
D) OPEN Sky Sector
Dove can be found in the Sky-Sector, looking for a new place to call home! She's not terribly high maintenanceexcept she is on occasion, but she would like some good roommates...She's not opposed to staying in the hotel, though, if people start moving out.
E) CLOSED to Yuri
under construction
