"The day after? Gene just teleported me out of the ship-," Pepper explains, brows furrowed, "-and I thought he took me here."

She looks over at Gene as Tony explains basically the same thing he did. She can probably get over the giant turtle thing, but Tony and Gene being this close to each other without ripping each others' heads off is quite possibly even more bizarre.

"My head hurts, and I'm wondering if I haven't just got a concussion and I'm hallucinating, buuuuuut..." Pepper manages a small smile at them both. "Tea sounds good. Um, I'm not really properly dressed, though," she says, gesturing to the armor.
