She turned her head to look at him, placing the tea on the counter and forcing a smile.

"Thanks," she replied, shaking her head, "But I'm not hungry yet."

Her lie was made immediately evident by the low growl in her stomach and she sighed, turning away to put on the tea water before reaching for the plate.
