A. JADE DOJO - WOOD SECTOR
Shortly after opening the dojo for business for the day, Bakura was laying on his stomach on the raised sparring platform. At least the dojo had been put back together after he'd accidentally broken it. Now, however, his to-do list was far more mundane. Despite putting out an unenthusiastic call for a new bookkeeper, Bakura had started to input the new month's costs into the ledger this morning. But the busywork quickly became tedious -- he enjoyed small details on things, but only when it was something he wanted to be doing -- and eventually he blew out an exasperated breath and dropped the ledger book onto the floor.
He was restless; he had to get up and move. Going over to the weaponry room and taking down a tanto-like blade, he retook the sparring platform and considered briefly.
"Hayabusa Knight," he spoke, and the humanoid hawk materialized, fueled by shadow magic. "Get up here," the thief ordered. "Today, I'm your opponent."
Thus, anyone entering the dojo would be treated to a surprising sight of Bakura sparring, blades ringing together, with a strange creature.
-- OR --
With the increasing heat in the day hours this month, and the lack of air conditioning at the dojo, many afternoons were slow and the dojo was often empty after lunch until closing. During these times, once things had been cleaned and put away, Bakura could often be seen relaxing in the shade of the building's covered porch. Shoes kicked off, usually with a glass or bottle of something cool, many afternoons he could be found people-watching the pedestrians of the Wood Sector, as the main road was only a stone's throw from the entrance.
B. SHELL'S EDGE
It had been a while since Bakura had come out here, but this was one of the beaches that were dotted along the edge of the turtle's shell. There was evidence of the sinking, as the crescent of beach was far less than it had been the last time he was here, but beyond that it was the same. The summer heat was welcome, but he appreciated the chance to cool off just like anyone else. So today's visit had included a towel and a now-messy pile of his clothes in the sand save shorts, and waded out about 30 feet from the shoreline where the submerged part of the shell began to drop away.
There's no particular style to his swimming; he learned for function, not form, but it's proficient enough. He swims lazily for about an hour, before finding a rock outcrop on shore and sprawling on it, like a sunning crocodile.
C. KEELIAI
Wildcard option! Run into him going about daily business in any Sector.
