Tony has a lot more than half a mind to suit up and knock a few teeth out. In fact, he's already most of the way to doing just that: he's in the armor and outside the building where the Chihuelans are being housed.
Unusually, he is not marching in, repulsors blazing, demanding explanations. He's actually standing on the roof of an adjacent building, and he's apparently... lurking. Yup. definitely lurking. And probably brooding.
His experiences in Keeliai have not eliminated his natural inclination to do incredibly stupid things, but at least now he does stupid things slightly more strategically. He's not sure yet what he's going to do about the Justicar, but he's willing to stand here and glare at her window until he decides (rather than just busting down her door and winging it).
The suit has visual cloaking on, but isn't fully stealthed, so Pepper shouldn't have any trouble finding him, if she's figured out where to look.
