[Frodo had enough of being cooped up inside the suite. He had been for sometime already, now it was starting to get unbearable, and to the point that Frodo had slipped out when he could and found himself returning to the scene where things had gone so terribly. The officials insisted it was safer to remain in doors, of course. Frodo was of the mind that they were no safer there. The kedan were much stronger than they looked. A simple door seemed like a formality.

The hobbit crept quietly towards the site to find that someone else had gotten there first. It was a Man, not a kedan, but strangely dressed, and bent over something. Now and then he would reach for something out of sight, then continue working. He moved with the same quiet, efficient energy that Strider had.
