"Heal," she said firmly, and light gathered around the wound under Meira's hand, urging the healing processes into greater, faster action. That should remove any serious danger, for now.
With the immediate problem theoretically on the mend, Raine looked Meira over again from head to toe, assessing. "It wasn't a dream," she said, quiet. Perhaps a bit regretful. "Or, I doubt that it was only a dream, at least. Tell me what happened, from the beginning. Everything you can recall."
But Meira seemed shocked and frightened. Not the best state for recounting something frightening. "...I can make tea, if you like," Raine added after only a brief pause, at somewhat of a loss for where to begin with offering comfort and therefore resorting to her most common fallback. "Something warm?" Perhaps blankets.
