The past two years we've had these Dreaming fluxes where loads of new Foreigners show up for a couple weeks and then vanish again. He was here both times. Maybe he'll show up again next time it happens." As an afterthought, Tony adds, "That's when Bruce and JARVIS showed up, too, this last time."
