Well, there are worse way to gain on-the-job training... [JUNE CATCH-ALL]
Characters: Desmond Miles, Galen Marek, Bladewolf, and YOU!
Date: Throughout June!
Location: The Golden Koi, Galen's hut in the Wood Sector, The Midnight Hotel
Situation: Desmond's drinking heavily, Galen's still building lightsabers, and Bladewolf's studying chemistry!
Warnings/Rating: PG-ish? Desmond's got a foul mouth, Galen's got an anger problem, and Bladewolf's a giant robodoge.
Desmond spent most of his free time at the Golden Koi. More than anything, he wanted to make sure he was familiar enough with the stuff he had available to make a decent cocktail, if someone ever came in looking for something you could only find on Earth. That's why he's sitting at the bar, a selection of shot glasses filled with a variety of different colored liquids sitting in front of them. Every time he takes a shot, he writes down how it tastes, what it feels like going down, and everything else he needed to know to make a decent cocktail out of it. He's not drunk yet, but anyone who talks to him is likely to get an earful. It had the bonus of dulling the visions he kept having of Haytham and Connor Kenway, and their dealings in the bars of New York and Boston.
Galen continues to be holed up in his hut in the Wood Sector. Between meditating on what he should do next, and building more lightsabers, his hands are both literally and figuratively full. He'd more or less recruited both Rey and Peridot to his cause, but even with their help, building lightsabers was a tremendous undertaking even when you had access to the best materials.
Bladewolf, for probably the first time ever, found himself actively juggling responsibilities. His homework was easy enough to contend with, but doing that as well as being cognizant of communications regarding the budding Police Force was showing itself to be a challenge. Still, he's got one ear figuratively on his radio, and both eyes on his textbook. He's anticipating Pepper, or Valdis to come speak to him abouut what they actually want him to do, given his unique qualifications.
