"Hrgk." The person behind her was big, Indin realized. Her hands scrabbled at an arm that felt more like a tree than a person, trying to find a purchase, and while she couldn't find breath to scream -- someone would at least come to see, probably, random screaming wasn't all that common in this part of town -- maybe she could squirm free. She drove an elbow backward, poorly aimed in her haste and fear but with some desperate force behind it.
