Pepper laughed at that; she'd long since figured out that Bakura really didn't enjoy the cold weather. Things would get interesting if it snowed, because she would almost certainly want to drag him outside for a snowball fight.

"Yeah, I can't really complain about having a little more free time," she replied, leaning against a counter. While Pepper liked being busy, the chance to hang out and relax (particularly with Bakura these days) was still welcome. "I don't have work tonight so I can stay for a while.
